Interim Housing

HomeFirst offers Emergency Interim Housing (EIH). They take the form of tiny homes or converted hotels/motels to provide safe and secure transitional housing to adults. Residents have access to on-site case managers, other supportive services, and the resources they need to build a lifestyle of self-sufficiency.

Bernal

EIH Bernal offers 78 private sleeping cabins with private showers and restrooms. Residents can use the communal kitchen, laundry room, computer lab, garden, and a dog run, and have access to on-site case management and 3 meals daily.

Rue Ferrari

EIH Rue Ferrari offers 82 private sleeping cabins with private showers and restrooms. Residents can use the communal kitchen, laundry room, garden, and a dog run, and have access to on-site case management and 3 meals daily.

Arena

EIH Arena offers 89 private rooms with private showers and restrooms. Residents can use the laundry room, computer lab, and a dog run, and have access to on-site case management and 2 meals daily.

First Street

EIH First Street offers 70 private rooms with private showers and restrooms. Residents can use the laundry room, and a dog run, and have access to on-site case management, on-site housing specialists, and 3 meals daily.

Via Del Oro

EIH Via Del Oro offers 135 private sleeping cabins with shared showers and restrooms. Residents can use the laundry room, computer lab, and a dog run, and have access to on-site case management and 3 meals daily.

Mabury

EIH Mabury offers 40 private sleeping cabins with shared showers and restrooms. Residents can use the communal kitchen, laundry room, computer lab, garden, and dog run, and have access to case managers.

Felipe

EIH Felipe offers 40 private sleeping cabins with shared showers and restrooms. Residents can use the communal kitchen, laundry room, computer lab, garden, and dog run, and have access to case managers.
